I was excited to stop and shop here. I have passed this store many times, but never stopped. Well.... I finally stopped and at I was first excited about their shoe selection BUT VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service. Staff never asked if I needed assistance BUT watched me the entire time I was in the store. I did find something to buy, but when I went to check out, the clerk kept talking to another customer for several minutes before she acknowledged me. When she did finally decided to wait on me, her words were "no refunds." NOT HELLO, HOW ARE YOU,ETC.
Large selection, not as discounted as I hoped. But for a “country” store, I expected to feel warm and welcome but the staff is rude, sassy, and they watch you like you’re a thief. Same thing every time I’ve been. Won’t be back.
Greatest selection from most the popular brands on shoes, boots, work clothes, belts, shirts, and pants for the lowest prices around. Just outside montgomery but the drive is worth it! Usually always stop here on my way back from Florida!

Extremely high prices, staff stares and does not offer help. customers rude, standing around talking people just do not acknowledge others are trying to shop also ...wont recommend.
My mother had a wonderful experience here. She has difficulty finding shoes that will fit the braces she requires due to polio as a child but the sales women at Sikes and Kohn spent a long time with her bringing dozens of pairs of shoes and found her two pairs that work. We will shop there again next time she needs shoes. The shoes were also reasonably priced.
